We had Northside install blinds in our property in October 2024. Since the installation both myself and our property manager have attempted to contact Jeanette numerous times to get another blind installed and there is no response. Now, our tennant has advising there is an issue with some of the blinds and we are still not getting a response from Jeanette or anyone else at Northside Curtains and Blinds. After sales service and communication is very poor.
We had 2 lots of curtains made and they are great. service was great as well. Have been trying to get in touch to get a quote on some blinds, but can never get to talk to anyone
Jeanette at Northside Curtains was amazing! Her expertise helped us choose the perfect sheer and blockout curtains, and the quality is outstanding. Delivery was incredibly fast, making the process seamless. Highly recommend her for beautiful curtains and exceptional service!
Overall, really happy with our curtains, but we asked for black railing and brackets, but only the railing is black and the brackets are white, which is strange. Have been promised this will be rectified, but no one has gotten back to me or is responding to my phone calls and emails in over a month.
Best pizza restaurant by far, love the food atmosphere and staff. Prices are excellent. I have had multiple functions here and the owner always goes above and beyond.
