I paid a substantial deposit on 27 May 2025 for blinds and curtains to be installed within 4-6 weeks. 13 weeks later and I am still waiting and Jeanette will not answer my phone calls or respond to text messages or emails. She was very responsive before I paid the deposit. I have requested a refund of my deposit, but that has not happened. Regretfully I may have to take legal action.
