Danielle the PA is amazing she goes above and beyond to help me with any issues regarding my diabetes and diabetic supplies. She is prompt to return a call or text. She's kind and knowledgeable if she does know she finds out. She and Dr Costello are an amazing team I'm so very comfortable with both of them. With their help I have gotten my diabetes in range I'm living healthier with their guidance and services..best practice I've ever been too....Betty Whipple
We had a 'meet and greet' first appointment with Dr. Costello. She is personable and well informed. We would have no problem having her work with us to resolve weight issues. She is not someone who simply throws a pill at you or throws a meal at you. Blood tests, cardiograms are all part of a closely watched program she puts you on. Her goal is your independence and ability to control your own weight.
I do not often do reviews but I am compelled when I want to share excellent service from a great team at North Shore Weight and Metabolism. Dr Costello and practice Manager Danielle. I have been using Dr Costello for my Diabetes management for several years. Excellent care and Service. Recently, the practice had changed to a monthly fee ( all inclusive for appointments and prescription maintenance and updates , labs, phone support etc). Kindness, patience and the feeling of not being rushed were much appreciated. Willingness to explain things until I understood them was great.
