Place is a joke! It’s privately Owned and why they are able to get away with half the bs they do! Charges upon charges and make it your responsibility to follow up if they didn’t send anything… ummm I didn’t know I worked for north shore?

I didn’t receive my water bill from last month so they charged late fee. After talking to their representative, they agreed to waive it but didn’t mention I had to pay SAME day without other additional hidden fee. On bill, it listed due date was on 2/28/24 and could get early discount amount by 1/30/24. Today, I received a “Reminder letter” to avoid service suspension. I called and representative stated $3.50 was added for a reminder letter but it’s not listed anywhere on the letter. Representative agreed it’s confusing and ... read more
