Great Staff and services.
I’m deeply disappointed with the NorthShore Health System. Every visit for bloodwork involves unbearably long waits, compounded by the lack of an appointment system at their busiest locations. This makes the experience frustrating and inefficient, especially for a community of over 70,000 residents. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, but they’re put in an impossible position, constantly dealing with unhappy patients while being overworked themselves.
