Very happy with the customer service I received at Northshore. Anna in the service department was great to work with. The warranty repairs on my Mercury outboard motor were completed in a timely fashion.
We rented a pontoon for a day on Torch Lake and had a wonderful time. The whole experience with Northshore was great! The pontoon was beautiful! The guys launching and removing the boat from the water were friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend Northshore!
They did a very thorough job on the house and windows.
Meeting expectations for such a short boating season is hard, but Tad, Ethan, Patience and the rest of the crew give it their all to keep me on the water.
We had a great time out on the water when we rented our boat from NorthShore. The guys were on time to put the boat in, they were friendly and courteous to my entire family. They were on time to pick us up as well! Overall excellent service with great communication.
