Trevor is extremely responsive, organized, helpful, supportive. All of the things! He stuck with us through our (very long) search for the perfect home and was always ready to quickly get us an pre-approval letter when we needed it. He has excellent knowledge of the current market and was able to advise us accordingly as we shopped for mortgage. I hope never to move again-- if we do, we'll be coming to Trevor. Easiest 5 star review I've left, hands down. What should have been a simple purchase turned out to be very unpredictable. Add the interest rate volatility in a crazy housing market to begin with, if I was working with the wrong person, I know I wouldn't be in my new house right now. Trevor's expertise, communication and ability to navigate the market is second to none and I highly recommend giving him a call.
I have used Trevor for all of my own personal transactions and refer him to my clients as well. Trevor is knowledgeable, creative, straightforward and ALWAYS gets things done. He is communicative, professional and patient [with me when needed!] Trevor is 100% my 'go to' loan officer. He is the best!
