Super frustrating. The credit union made a huge mistake on my loan & messed up my checks. I have been trying to get someone to call me back for almost 3 months. I have left several messages. I was completely mislead and they don’t seem to care to fix their mistake.

This place has been really nice to me, not sure the deal with the other review. I just got a letter in the mail from NGFCU offering to skip Decembers payment so I could better afford gifts....how special. Saw the other review on calling and felt obligated.
Not a good bank. Scam. Will take your money.
