Awful communication. Shane messed up my taxes a great deal, pulled numbers out of the blue, has caused me lots of grief when trying to get loans and mortgages because the information filed was incorrect, and I've been BEGGING FOR HELP. ZERO COMMUNICATION BACK. Can't even return a simple text message. Told me an amendment was filed back in October, it's now March and it still hasn't been received or filed. Even if the irs is backed up thats no excuse for lack of communication. I would've rather figured out how to file myself ... read more
