Called into North Road about a week ago and Jane and team was very helpful .. I needed my tires pumping up and to sort the power to charge my front and back lights . Jane was very positive and very happy to oblige and got my lights working and all ready to carry on cycling without my delays and was able to get where I needed. A lovely dog 'Bertie ' greeted me too when I arrived! 🥰. Thank you so much and so sorry to hear about your partner too Jane. Blessings and sending sincere condolences

Went to North Road for a bike service for the first time about a year ago after Velo Times by Jackson's Boat sadly stopped trading. I have been back a couple of times since for other maintenance jobs. They are lovely knowledgeable people who do an excellent job.
Great bike shop!! Jane was so friendly and helpful and she gave me some great advice which inspired me to get back on my bike again. They sorted my bike out quickly and know their stuff!
Paul had a bike made by Ian and it is absolutely amazing. I also brought my daughter in here at the weekend and the lady was so lovely. We are now getting a second bike from them.
