I have never had customer service in any capacity as great as Northrim Bank of Fairbanks provides. Always friendly staff is knowledgeable, consistent and they will remember your name if you show up enough. 😂 Seriously, from the free dog bandana Ms. Astrid gave us to every teller knowing me by first name, I have never had a bad experience here. Thank you Northrim team from Howard, Strap and the children. 👍🏾👍🏾
