I was stressed and overwhelm when I walked in, but the staff immediately greeted me and was super friendly. Then Joann helped me get my new suit from start to finish and EVERYTHING in between. She was amazing, I couldn’t have done it without her help! Joann made the entire experience seamless, easy and enjoyable!
So I went in this morning to buy a pair of pants and a shirt and a girl named Erica was like I can't do suit measurements so I said well just help me find a pair of pants and a shirt next thing I know I walked out spending $200 she did a fantastic job helping me I appreciate help that you don't expect and you get.
Joanne was a great help in selecting reasonably priced work suit and blazer … timely and good work on alterations!
I was on my way to a concert when I realized my shirt was too tight. We stopped at Valencia suit & tux to get a new shirt. We were greeted with a smile and fitted for a shirt fast. They even did me the favor of steaming the shirt for me. The service was amazing, and the price was even better. I will definitely be going back to get some shirts since they fit very comfortable.
