As a first time customer I experienced great customer service today:)
Not a great experience overall. This place was chosen to provide suits for a wedding and they were very unorganized from the start. The complete suit was chosen by the groom and each groomsman had separate appointments to get fitted. We were all supposed to receive the same white dress shirts however there were three different white shirts with different shades of white between the four of us. Fantastic service! Helen was super patient and attentive, and really made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Tailored tuxedo and suit pant adjustments were completed early and very professionally done. Would definitely buy there again!
I'd like to thank Joann for providing a wonderful experience for me. I had expressed some concerns and she was able to provide a solution and give me the best available deal for my needs. The entire staff was friendly and overall I would recommend this place.
