We have been very appreciative of the kind and genuine care our mother has received since becoming a resident. Having been through this before with another parent who suffered from dementia, we had an idea of what to expect. Instead literally everyone we have encountered with mom’s care has been compassionate and qualified. This has been a wonderful surprise and our family is grateful to have this facility in our backyard so mom continues to receive the care she needs as her abilities continue to decline.
7-22-25. I have been at Northpoint Highlands for one week now and have called 911 and filed two police reports against their computer repair technicians that have been hacking my cell phone and harrassing me most of this week. I asked management to install their wifi on my cell phone. When I checked my wifi account, I found about six different wifi networks on my phone, but Northport is a small town with a population of 502 people and only has a 5g network. the overnight crew who takes care of my grandfather Stacia and Cheyenne need the recognition for how well they work and treat everyone there especially when I go and see my grandfather and he talks so sweet about them so thank you two
The Highlands is like a 2nd home to me. I've been employed here throughout my schooling and they have been very flexible with me. I am very lucky to work in such a beautiful area and meet a lot of great residents. I definitely recommend the Highlands for employment or a retirement facility.
We are so grateful to Northport Highlands for their excellent care for my mom, who is in memory care. Staff are kind and caring and take the time to truly get to know and celebrate each person as an individual. Communication with families is great. Thank you, Northport Highlands. ❤️
