An overall excellent experience working with Mike Raynor from Northpointe Bank!
Mike was so great to work with during our home buying process! He went through all our loan options and explained every detail to us. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we were always in the know every step of the way.
Mike was SO helpful during our home-buying process. Over a MONTH after we closed, I called with a question and he was more than helpful and fixed someone else's mistake that he had *nothing* to do with. He was just super friendly through the entire process and easy to talk to. I'd highly recommend Mike and I'd want to work with him again if we ever buy another house. He was always prompt to respond and made time to work with our crazy schedules.
Was by far best person to work with on a home loan he was there every step of the way too help if my wife and I needed it. If your looking for a home loan look no farther! Mike Raynor is best around!
After "working" 8 months with our first lender, we just expected that first home buying was just generally difficult and horrible with lots of stringing along. Then a friend recommended Mike, and from the second we called him, he got to work making sure he made this happen for our family.
