I would give zero stars if I could. Their “professional lender” Joshua Racicot blatantly lied claiming his client was “clear to close” then was manipulative and deceitful until their regional vice president Zachary got involved who was zero help as well in covering up for Joshua‘s blatant lies costing me thousands of dollars after I vacated my home for the final walk-through for their client who was also told along with every party involved by Mr. Racicot his client was clear to close the next day. As someone born and raised in St. John who relocated to the mainland for career advancement Kristin was truly a godsend. She was always fast and consistently available to answer any questions I had from beginning to end. This was not my first time buying a home but the process to buy on St. Thomas was much faster than anything I experienced in NYC which was especially surprising considering the island faces challenges like delays. Kristin made the entire experience seamless and I would highly recommend her.

Kristin made this transaction a breeze, even with two self-employed lenders (which usually complicates a transaction). We are grateful for how responsive Kristin was to quickly address any questions and follow up with providers regarding information needed to get us the clear to close.
