I had a great experience with this Nrothline. The driver Rimpy Driver No.300, really good driver, pickup was handled with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
Day two of waiting ALL day for a package that was meant to be delivered this morning after they said "no one was home yesterday". I was home ALL day yesterday and they lied and said they called me and rang my doorbell. There is no evidence of anyone from their company either calling me or ringing my doorbell. Waited a week for a same day pickup service. Sat on hold for 15 mins trying to get through, couldn't cancel the booking using the portal. $94 down the drain. Had to order a new tail shaft instead of sending the one I was trying to send for rebuild, as I now have a customer screaming at me as the timeline has blown out. Avoid like the plague. Very Disappointed.

We engaged this freight company to collect a time-sensitive order, only to be met with unprofessional conduct. The driver arrived, complained about being parked on the road which is a matter outside our control and actually a council issue as the council has a no-standing rule on one side of the street.
