We have had his services twice, 5 years apart.. Great, friendly personality. Fabulous repair.
Called and was trying to ask a question if he could section a piece of our couch that our dog tore up and he told me to kill the d@mn dog.
Great value and a wonderful person
I called asking a question, and I was met with the most rude response and was made to feeling terrible for a 30 second question. They have 2 numbers listed, and after I called once and was advised to alter my search, I did so and their second number (which I didn’t realize was connected to the same store) was pulled up and so I called it. I was yelled at, I couldn’t even get a word in to apologize (again, 15 second phone conversation) and then hung up on.
