Best bank ever. The President, Sherry, truly cares. I have had 2 loans through them. When I bought my car there was a name issue at the DMV when I went to get it tagged, because the name had changed awhile back, and the dealership put the old name as the leinholder on the title. Similar but not exact. I was held up because of this at the DMV, who was requesting a letter from the credit union saying that it was in fact them. Called today and got a lady on the phone who cut me off and hung up on me after I asked her 3 questions about how to become a member there. I am a financial consultant and was trying to help my clients find a credit union home and this lady was so rude! I called back and got her manager and she said she was sorry which is fine but to me, that bad experience told me verything I need to know about their customer service. I WILL NEVER advise any of my clients to become members here.
