Customer service is seriously lacking! Tried to return a pair of sandles and even before the lady took the box she clearly didn’t want to accept it. She wouldn’t take the return because there was a rip on the side of the shoe box, which didn’t have an effect on the sandles what so ever. The sandles had never been worn or even taken out of the box, they were in perfect condition.

I love Northland! They have everything you need to help you look and feel great while enjoying the great outdoors. The owners and staff are fantastic and super helpful. Great place to pick up a gift for the your loved ones that enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. They have everything from super hip functional clothing, to cool sunglasses, to awesome backpacks, to cute jewelery, and so much more. Best shop in Heber for sure!
