Would give a zero if possible all this non for profit scam company does is target the poor and elderly meanwhile they let millionaire in the neighborhood get away with destroying the road with heavy equipment and string dirt along 1/4 mile that the neighborhood has to drive in. These people have literally harassed my mom with leukemia for over 3 decades. It's annoying. She didn't buy a house with a HOA and we do the best we can to help her out when we can but it's getting old.
