Terrible organization, basically a non-profit snitch organization that reports minor infractions against homeowners to the city. Keep up the great work.
These people have literally harassed my mom with leukemia for over 3 decades. It's annoying. She didn't buy a house with a HOA and we do the best we can to help her out when we can but it's getting old.
I reported an illegal dumping case with the city after someone dropped multiple bags of trash in my driveway. The city's app was very efficient and the bags were picked up the same day. Then a week later, NNI sent me a courtesy notice to keep my property clean. When I called, they said it was the process to send the letter to the address listed...even if it's your own, on a case you report. Very inefficient and a total waste of time.
