They have wide knowledge and experience and were extremely helpful and accomodating as I navigated the process of selecting the right bike for my needs. Absolutely outstanding service! This e-bike shop is a gem—not only do they specialize in electric bikes, but they also happily service non-e-bikes. The mechanic Kurt is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain what’s been done and why, which I really appreciate. The customer service is top-notch—friendly, honest, and professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert bike care and great service!
