Horrible customer experience trying to create an online account and non-helpful service reps.
Was vacationing for the holidays when I had a problem with my credit union in FL. Was told to come here to straighten it out. Upon entering Nathaniel greeted me and took me through the process to clear up my issue. He was kind, polite, and made me feel great! This credit union is clean, kind and friendly. 5 stars! Well done!
Absolutely AMAZING credit Union. I have my truck loan through them and we also bank with them. Everyone is so dang friendly and always answer our questions.
Workers are ALWAYS pleasant, the institution itself is awful. I have never had a company control how I use my money so aggressively. They will block you for buying a stick of gum at a different Walmart than you usually do, it's ridiculous. Don't put your money here if you want to actually have access to it.
