Horrible customer experience trying to create an online account and non-helpful service reps.

I called the Grayling branch and was unfortunate enough to speak with Amanda...she FINALLY answered my question after a difficult conversation...my WALK IN experience a month ago was not much better. One star might be too many.
Have used this bank for 15+ years. It is definitely going down hill. I used mobile deposit for my checks, had an issue once ever so I took the check in and issue was resolved. Fast forward more than a month later and my mobile deposit is disabled out of no where stating "issue with check" when I had to reach out to see what the issue was. Now currently I have used the ATM to deposit checks and they were available immediately, however suddenly they're not and with no warning, leaving me with late bills once again.
