This credit union is terrible
I'd stay away from these credit unions in Mio. I'm sure the people who work in the branches are nice enough, but the credit union is incapable of performing basic tasks like money transfers in a timely manner. You'd think having a small local company would make them accessible then you call them to get chat bots, 15 minute holds, and representatives that don't do anything. That's when you aren't getting spam from them.
Very friendly and productive also same day debit card for banking purposes makes it convenient.
Horrible customer experience trying to create an online account and non-helpful service reps.
