Residents are able to feel at home with the comfort of a private room and excellent meals served with dignity. Residents also benefit from enriching daily activities like therapy, exercise, and transportation when needed.
Extremely unprofessional, never returned phone calls, did not pay for hours worked, did not wear masks to prevent residents from getting sick or getting Covid, when they answered the phone they would hang up. Did not follow guidelines or protocol.
