Great little local bank - customer service always excellent.
Had a most unpleasant experience at this branch last week and will never step foot into it again as long as the manager is still employed there. She literally told me I was lying while I was acting in my professional capacity, all because she misunderstood something that was said--and not even to her. It was unprofessional, appalling, and completely insulting. Do better.
