We have used Northfield Lines several times and had good service. However on July 12 - temperatures above 90 degrees - they picked 8 of us up with the air conditioning not working properly. The system completely failed anytime the bus was not moving and offered very little air while moving. I tried contacting Northfield Lines and left a message when we got to our destination. Left lane campers impeding traffic for miles on the highway
On time service
We used Northfield lines to provide a shuttle for our wedding from the hotel to the venue and back throughout the night. While I did not ride the bus myself I receive great feedback about the bus and the driver. It was a very snowy night so having the shuttle was important for safely transporting all of our guests. They did a great job getting everyone to the wedding on time and back to the hotel safely.
