Rose at Castleton Corners was such a wonderful person to me. She helped me in every way she could, above and beyond. She remembers individual customers too.
Patricia Bogdon is exceptional at what what she does. Very courteous and professional and helped me expedite my issues. In today's world we need more workers like her.
Good experience there. Most of my experience is with the ATM machine. I would like to say that they have great service when I need it instead of the ATM. However, the reason I am giving Northfield a 4 star review instead of 5 stars is because of the lack of atmosphere inside the bank. The inside simply looks generally boring. Otherwise, very good.
