My wife wanted to open a business checking account for her small home-based business, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating. Instead of a simple process, we were bombarded with intrusive questions—Where do you get your customers? Where do you advertise? It felt more like an interrogation than a banking transaction. Fed up, we walked out and took our business elsewhere. Safe to say, we won’t be stepping foot in that bank again.

Given my brief experience with Northfield I feel compelled to give a mixed review. Initially and finally I was helped by Nicole and her manager Wanda who are incredible and made the process of handling my late grandmother's accounts simple and fast however I also had the misfortune of working with the lazy and/or incompetent John.
