I like this bank. It has a small and local feel to the bank. They recognized me on my second visit. They haven't been busy and gave me the time I needed to ask questions and get what I needed squared away. Because they're smaller, some of their online support works normal business hours. I haven't found this to be a problem...just an adjustment.
The Westfield branch is a second home to me & everyone there has become an extension of my family. I am always greeted with warmth, smiles & sincerity. Each member of their staff takes their time walking their customers through many options, necessary steps & encourages questions. The services they offer are thoroughly explained & you know they want the best for you. I always feel like they are there for me & I cant tell you what that means, esp in the banking industry.
