I have never been so belittled and humiliated like the way they made me feel. I was only trying to cash my checks that were originally from an account in that bank. I wasn't offered the opportunity to open an account there. The teller had an attitude she didn't acknowledge me in any way and was trying to bypass me to take care of another person who was behind me.
