It's been over 10 months since I placed my order and they still haven't shipped anything. Tell me what this behavior is called.

NorthernAxcess replied 23 Oct to a negative review of my wife Mireille … full of excuses but nothing is true or relevant … they simply don’t want to bring up the effort to file a claim towards FedEx , who has recognized the loss. Frustrating, because FedEx is ready to compensate but will only accept a claim from the vendor who shipped with FedEx.
Ordered and paid a package (to be sent to Belgium) Parcel has never been delivered by FedEx and no response at all anymore from Northern Axcess. They should have claimed a refund to FedEx (who recognised they lost the parcel) and reimburse us but instead they didn’t do anything, nor did they respond to any of our requests This is a shame :((
