I had roller shutters installed in 2018 by Northern Shutters. In 2026, I began experiencing issues with the shutters. I contacted Northern Shutters and received a professional response from Laz. He assessed the issue and confirmed that the installation was incorrect. He did not charge me for the service. I am very satisfied with the response and highly recommend Northern Shutters.

I cannot recommend the wonderful team at Northern Window Shutters enough. Laz, is polite, has great communication, he is prompt and very professional. I have had two properties fitted out with roller shutters, and I wouldn't trust any other company. The gentleman who came to fit the shutters, was so polite and professional, he took so much pride is his workmanship as did the electrician. The shutters are great quality, quiet and do the job perfectly. Thank you so much again Laz, you're the best!
