We recently had window shutters installed by this company, and while the installation looked fine at first, the customer service afterwards has been terrible. I contacted Laz, the manager, about one of the shutters that wasn’t properly fitted — there’s light coming through even when it’s closed. He promised to come and check it the same week, but it’s now been five months and he never showed up. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response. Just had shutters installed in my home and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! Laz was fantastic—he clearly explained the whole process and made everything so easy. He and his team did an amazing job with the installation, and the shutters have completely transformed the look and feel of my home. Highly recommend!
Laz and the team are excellent, the product is top quality, the installers and electrician sent out to install it were very polite and meticulous in their workmanship and the final product looks very good. Better still the motors and mechanism on their shutters are nice and quiet which to me indicates smooth function that I don't doubt will last a long time. They're well worth it and far better than any other window shutter company I have bought shutters from. Thanks again.
