We recently had window shutters installed by this company, and while the installation looked fine at first, the customer service afterwards has been terrible. I contacted Laz, the manager, about one of the shutters that wasn’t properly fitted — there’s light coming through even when it’s closed. He promised to come and check it the same week, but it’s now been five months and he never showed up. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response.
