Absolute nightmare dealing with this bank, you have been warned.
People were rude. Unwilling to cash their check.
I just called a few minutes ago to ask questions about cashing a refund check from my Home Insurance company, I felt rushed and they didn't even say "You are welcome" after I said thank you for the information, they just hung up on me. Very unprofessional and the sense of customer service by phone was not at the level it should be. They should be mindful of how they treat people by phone, there are many big companies surrounding this area, I happened to work for a pharmaceutical company near by.
