Customer service is LACKING. No smile or warm greeting. I must have interrupted the banker and the front desk person's conversation. Apologies for stopping your gossip because i need to do business. If you're looking to be treated as a number instead of a valued customer, this is the place to go. Make sure to always ask questions because they will not explain any processes or give detailed instructions willingly.
This bank cannot even honor the checks that they write. I would be really hesitant for anybody to open an account here because you can’t get your money out of it. There’s a woman name Nicole who probably shouldn’t be in the banking business. They said I should go to a check cashing place to cash the check from their bank. What a joke
