The entire team was very kind and attentive. From the parking team to the bank staff, my deposit was in and out. Much appreciated.
Be careful of ACH transactions with this bank! My Controller scheduled our payroll for a particular date and they didnt post until 24 hrs after. Nothing posted until Sat when it should have been Friday, autopayments returned, nsf fees, etc. Now our controller has to schedule ACH for a whole day prior because of their failure to post transfers when they should. Northern Trust should take the Trust out of their name.
