Northern Trust is a financial advisor wealth management company. I've come here several times for different social events. Their top floor room is wonderful for those social events.
Customer service is trash. Locked the door right in my face at 4 pm on the dot.
I sat down with my toy poodle in their outer lobby to rest. The security guard told me I had to leave. He was polite, but I am an older woman who lives on one of the Las Olas islands and was surprised I couldn't sit there. My husband and I were considering moving our checking accounts to Northern Trust, but seeing how I was kicked out of their lobby, we will not be doing that.
Attempted to cash a certified check with this bank, for some reason the extremely rude female teller took over an hour for no reason. This bank has no respect for your time, customer service was on the floor; I’ve never had trouble cashing a certified check until I had the displeasure of stepping into this bank. I highly suggest avoiding doing any business with this bank unless you are okay with being ignored, and have your time wasted. They 1000% earned this 1 star review. I wish I could leave 0.
