We arranged shuttle services to/from CIU to St Ignace months in advance to our trip. The transportation to St. Ignace was fine, although communication was pretty sparse in the time leading up to the trip (they said I would receive a confirmation text… never did, when booking they don’t answer phone calls only sometimes answers texts… etc.). But we got to the dock fine. Expensive, Late, Poor Communication, and Dropped off at the wrong location. $130 for a 2 passenger - 30 minute drive. 15 minutes late in a less than clean vehicle. Forgot to send invoice. Dropped at Mackinac City ferry instead of St. Ignace as requested.
Carlos from Northern Transport was great! As someone who gets car sick easily, he’s a great driver and was very punctual when picking us up. It was super easy to schedule and good pricing!
Amazing group. They bend over backwards to get you to your destination. We use every year.
