I made a reservation for pick up at CIU airport to catch the ferry to Mackinac island. My reservation was lost. There was another group at the airport that had the same issue with a lost reservation. The main issue is that when I called to try and figure out the issue, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude, bordering on nasty. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.
Matt picked us up from CIU airport. He sent a message before we boarded our flight to let us know where he would be. He was very friendly and informative, and one of the highlights of our busy travel day. Thanks Matt!!
If you need reliable transportation definitely hire Northern transportation and shuttle, We contacted then last minute when our preschedule Lyft did not show up. Frantically called several transportation companies trying to make our flight. Northern transportation only one that was willing to help us. Van was nice and clean, driver was safe, friendly and helpful, even recommended restaurant (which was great) at our next stop. We arranged shuttle services to/from CIU to St Ignace months in advance to our trip. The transportation to St. Ignace was fine, although communication was pretty sparse in the time leading up to the trip (they said I would receive a confirmation text… never did, when booking they don’t answer phone calls only sometimes answers texts… etc.). But we got to the dock fine.
