Poor customer services. After returning an item From one day to the next, item never used they still charged me 10% restocking fee. Item was purchase at the store. I never order anything online to pickup at the store but still they charged me a restocking fee. Ladies are very unprofessional they act like they giving you the money out off their own pocket. Some customer service skills and training will help them. Don’t buy at this store..
Tried to return something I bought there yesterday (with no mask). was kicked out for not wearing a mask and could not return my item. no signs anywhere requiring masks. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WILL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
