I own a local car detailing business and use Northern tool often for obscure fittings, hoses, power tools, shelving, etc. I came in today needing fittings and hoses in a rush, and Janet was extremely helpful, assisting me with setting up a new pressure washer. She was extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly where every item was and what they had in stock.
