I bought a Stihl weed eater at the Lakeland store with warranty in may with them promising to do any repair that needed to be done. In July the string coil broke. I took it to them they said they did away with their mechanic till further notice. Told me to take it Tampa or Orlando store to get it fixed. I told them why would I spend 30$ in gas and 2 + hrs of my time for a free repair that they promised to fix when I bought it.
