I rate this store lower than a 1 as I had went into the store was walking around getting prices for a glue gun when a rude lady came up to me after being in the store for only a few minutes saying something about company policy stating you cannot have big black bags or anything when all I had was my back pack purse on that is brown she was rude n disrespectful apparently you are not allowed to enter this store with a purse, ridiculous.
Overall good experience
Took my generator in almost a month ago, I have called and tried to get updates 4 times now, they never answer, and never call back when you leave a message, last week (on Wednesday) the cashier upfront said she saw a note that the manufacturer had sent the correct parts and it was all put back together, and they would call me tomorrow, that never happened.
