Wish I read reviews before daughter took her son there. Went to have grandson evaluated to see if he was adjusting to all the changes in life, moving to new state, new home, new school all so he could be closer to dad. He's been a little rough with a kitten and we wanted to make sure he was ok and not acting out for a reason we could address with new tools than we've been trying. We where there last week an hour and a half before the appointment and we were checked in before the appointment time the time we were to he seen came around and an hour went by they put us as a no show knowing me and my son were there then today we had an appointment with a provider and she was very rude rolled her eyes at my son who is 7 and myself and expected my son to know what anxiety and depression is and the terms let alone she wasn't thorough with him and we were supposed to have an hour appointment and ended up bei... read more
