I had the pleasure of visiting Northern Therapy recently, and I was thoroughly impressed. After 2 Achilles surgery, I came in for some targeted therapy, and the team was incredible in helping with my recovery. I also tried their registered massage therapy, and it was exceptional—perfectly tailored and so effective. I was treated by Saba on 10 Sept 2025. The entire experience was calming and deeply relaxing, with just the right balance of pressure and care. I also really appreciated that they handled direct billing to my insurer (Sunlife), which made the whole process completely stress-free. Highly recommend!
Great experience at Northern Therapy with Saba and Nadir. Saba, my RMT, provides excellent therapy for my neck, back, and shoulders; her attention to detail, expertise, and her work has genuinely improved my posture and overall comfort. Nadir is also warm and welcoming, making each visit comfortable and easy. I can’t recommend them enough!
My experience was amazing. I have never had a better RMT. I was amazed how Nadir was quick to establish what I need to align my body structure and it felt a lot better after the treatment. I will definitely be going back to Northern Therapy.
I had an amazing experience with both Nadir and his wife Saba.
