I had a wonderful experience on my first visit! Saba is very professional, friendly, skillful and knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend her. She also took the time to email me exercises I can do at home to manage my pain. So happy to have found this place and looking forward to more sessions!
Highly recommend! I’ve been here for many times. Saba helps me release all my shoulder tension which cause me a headache. I recommend if someone has migrains like me. I went to massage many places to fix my problems. Finally, I found my favorite one. She has the massage technique that I’ve been looking for a long time since I come to Canada. Thank you Saba.

I had been going to different RMTs basically to use my health card benefits if not to alleviate back pain. Going to Northern Therapy and meeting Nadir was a different experience altogether. It feels like they truly care about your well-being. In all the massage spas I'd been to, no one pointed out the issues I have with my body and how to correct them.
