I had the pleasure of visiting Northern Therapy recently, and I was thoroughly impressed. After 2 Achilles surgery, I came in for some targeted therapy, and the team was incredible in helping with my recovery. I also tried their registered massage therapy, and it was exceptional—perfectly tailored and so effective. Great experience at Northern Therapy with Saba and Nadir. Saba, my RMT, provides excellent therapy for my neck, back, and shoulders; her attention to detail, expertise, and her work has genuinely improved my posture and overall comfort. Nadir is also warm and welcoming, making each visit comfortable and easy. I can’t recommend them enough!
I had an amazing experience with both Nadir and his wife Saba. Nadir provided a highly effective massage/physio session that helped immensely with my lower back pain, neck tension, and posture issues. Saba is absolutely amazing! Super friendly and has a ton of knowledge on what helps with aches and pains all over the body. I have two little girls who also very much enjoy getting a massage from Saba. Saba is extremely patient and knows how to work with kids. She also goes out of her way to recommend or share links for things that help with body posture while sleeping, sitting or even shoes that are comfortable and better for walking. We love her and will continue to see her. Thank you Saba for all that you do!
Saba gives excellent massages, very technical and calming at the same time. I appreciate her explanations, patience and skill. I'm already looking forward to my next one.
