Ok customer service but a little shady
We had an encounter with bed bugs, it was disgusting and a horrifying experience. We have never had to deal with a situation like that. So awful, I asked management to deal with the situation. They were willing to credit us a portion of the room cost. I did raise my voice but apologized for being like that but I was in disbelief as to our situation we stayed up all night putting our clothes in the dryer. They did assist us in drying our clothes.
