I joined yoga on Thursday with Trisha Hewitt and I’m in love, it’s so relaxing would definitely recommend! Trisha goes through the poses with great explanation and makes it easy for beginners like me to follow along.
My daughter went to see Pete as she was struggling with fear of vomiting which was impacting her daily life to the point she would avoid places incase someone was sick and she caught it. Although nervous Pete made her feel at ease quickly and she found the session to be relaxing. When she left she said she knew something had changed. I would def recommend Pete for anyone struggling
