If I could give a negative star review I would you can't even make etransfer purchases without being flagged. Like what we can't spend our own money? There never open and very unhelpful for a cummunity service. More like a community burden.
Had an appointment with Grace and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail. 5 stars, definitely recommend seeing Grace for any banking needs.
Jim has been an incredible help. He set me up with a Northern Savings account and showed me all of my options for debit, savings, and credit accounts. He also guided me in setting up my documents for a bank draft to Service Ontario. By the end of our appointment I had no further questions. Haawa for all you do!
