Michelle Marchand is horrible. She’s always condescending, dismissive, and rude. She should not be working with emotionally & mentally vulnerable people. The only reason we stayed with her is because we couldn’t find anyone else that took our insurance . Additionally, my daughter’s clinician sent her a letter stating that they were going to close her case out if she didn’t contact her clinician by a certain date, which is completely fine. It sounds like the staff needs the therapy more than their clients.
This place sucks! I have waited 2 years to get a therapist. when i got in it was a night mare. no privacy!!! all my information was told . very uncomfortable. never ever going back to a therapist. Coming from a now pre adult that has been “treated” here!
It’s disgusting to read these reviews and quite honestly sad that NO ONE IS PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN. NYS government fund these agencies and do not realize there is neglect, abuse, and mistreatment of children. I’m disappointed with these community facilities that are suppose to help children but instead neglect, abuse, and manipulation children/families in need.
