During the wind we had today your cushion on the rocking chairs you have out front were blowing away. I went ahead and picked up and put it back. I see a lot of residents enjoying those chairs as I live in the little neighborhood behind you all and frequently pass by your facility went I take my disabled daughter to the therapy office that you share a yard with. The administration and staff are always so friendly when I’m visiting my mother. Due to a management change Northern Pines has had many recent upgrades. The inside now looks “up to date” rather than outdated like before. I’m so glad my family found a place that we all are happy with.
An Exceptional Organization to work for. They make the Residents needs and accommodations their NUMBER 1 PRIORITY . Great staff + Residents = Family and not just a job.
This facility is under new management!
