Had a VERY poor experience here this morning. The lady in the office wrote up our paper work with the wrong address on it. She barely said 5 words to us the whole beginning of this transaction. I didn't want my title mailed to the wrong address she put on the paperwork so I told her the address was wrong....my 1st mistake apparently. I then also disputed the charges (as I called a few days ago and was quoted, worse case, $225 & was charged $306 when i looked at the receipt) 2nd mistake. Changed a out of state title and received a registration in a few minutes very knowledgeable
Was in and under an hour. It would have been faster if I was prepared. Thankfully, the people who work there were super friendly and very helpful.
