Regarding internet service: it’s ok. It took someone a year to come out and readjust the point of the satellite and it is this service call that is prompting me to write this review. Mike arrived at our property at 8:50 for a service call. I initially didn’t see him or his truck so I walked outside my front door to see if I could see him, say hello and see if I could provide any information about our service, etc. As soon as I stepped out the door, a large unleashed dog came running towards me. Since getting NNK Satellite a year ago, I've been extremely satisfied with the quality of Internet stream, especially since I live 20 minutes from the middle of nowhere. When my Internet began going wonky over the weekend, I left a message and got a call back first thing Monday morning. By 2 p.m., Mike was at my house, fixing the problem with a smile and restoring my Internet to its usual robust level.
