Once again we had a mobile repaired at Northern mobile repairs. Outstanding customer service, l can't recommend this business highly enough. Absolutely fantastic work.
Worked with Raphael today. Had to replace the usb C port on my iphone 15. He was very friendly and was quick with the job. Took him less than 1 hour to complete. Gave me a good price for it as well. Such good service. Id recommend this place to anyone. Phone works pretty fine. Thanks again.
Warning to other women: the two men who work here especially the (Italian man) were extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Four days after having my iPhone screen repaired, the screen suddenly went black. When we returned to the store, they immediately tried to blame us, claiming the phone must have been dropped. The phone had not been dropped, and there was no visible damage to support that claim. They took the phone and told us it would be ready the next day. My wife and I have taken our phones for repairs several times and have always had a good experience. Pricing if fair, service is fast and if any issues with the repair the staff is always willing to find a solution. Malik and Pratima are very friendly.
I wasnt intending to buy anything Mobilfte related. ( I was 'killing time' while my Fish burger 6 doors down was cooking) I was most pleasently supprised by the warm greeting by Davinka (?) When i walked into this nicely stocked shop. I was left short 4 adequet words how nice she assisted my 'new' requirement for a Mag Safe charging case four my S24.
